How To Kill Your Cravings I Nutrition Tips
Yes actually just had this conversation with one of my clients yesterday. I used plates forever until I got slant boards. Now you won't get the same exact feel because slant boards give you a different angle. Plates still get the job done elevating the heels enough to get deeper & feel more in your quads.
could you replace the slant board with plates to keep your heels elevated?
Thanks for taking the time to make this video man! If I can give you some advice, check your recording device as I only hear audio out of one speaker on my headset. Goodluck with your channel!
Hey thank you so much. Glad you enjoyed. Appreciate the feedback. Yes we were definitely having issues with the wireless microphone. Newer content I hope it is fixed haha 😄

Зачем трапеции качать женщине?
Is there a way to do this without equipment?
Hey I think there are a few sketches I could show that would help. In a coming video. But I'd get creative. You can find something around the house. Put a bar of soap in a bag and then in a sick lol. Sounds crazy but I think that could def give you some pressure to help with the knots 🪢
@@ChrisLinghamfitness thank you I will try it 😊
Stop spreading misinformation
Can you explain to me what the correct information is? This comes straight from exercise physiology textbook so I can let the authors know as well to stop telling ppl lies!
Best part is you watched it and supported the channel! I love ❤️ my haters too so thanks for the extra engagement on my post!
Literals telling your body you are starvation mode. Not a good thing.
Yeah then you have to reverse diet if it gets bad and metabolic rate drops too low
@@ChrisLinghamfitness just a circle of pain, makes no sense. Just eat highly nutritious foods and low carb.
When you say low carb can you explain what you mean? A lot of ppl say low carb but do you mean like junk carbs or carbohydrates in general?
@@ChrisLinghamfitness most carbs are junk and aren’t needed. I mean eating low amounts of gentle, low oxalate, low toxic carbs.
Bullshit
Yes a bull shitting is indeed a metabolic process. Good call 🙌🏾
I just want to be able to run 5km
No doubt it's always good to have goals! Why is a 5k important to you?
@@ChrisLinghamfitness mostly to just have a balance between being buff and being able to not die of exhaustion after running 5 minutes lol.
This is really important info… I’m surprised more people haven’t seen it yet! I really appreciate the explanation of the difference between highly processed carbs vs minimally processed carbs… not everyone knows this yet and it was a really great comparison and the why you mentioned makes so much sense. I lost a lot of weight by increasing the amount of food I ate, but switching to all foods from scratch. People who follow the calorie method alone are usually baffled and assume there’s another factor because they don’t want to admit calories are not all equal… but many people prove that all calories are not equal and it’s much easier to lose weight with unprocessed food. I just wish it didn’t take so much time to prep it all. Since my last pregnancy I need to lose weight again and I’m thinking protein is going to be key this time. What do you usually recommend for increasing protein?
haha thanks I am not surprised lol. Up until a few weeks ago I didn't put much thought into how the platform worked so my channel is a bit small. Hopefully awesome people like you finding it and commenting forming a community can help it grow. I am super happy to see that you found success in a minimally processed diet and found a balanced way to achieve your results. I have no problem with eating some junk, cookies ice cream and etc. But making sure you keep it in check is important. Sometimes cutting it out leads to moderation in the future. I know that losing weight after a pregnancy can be a challenge. Me and my wife just had a baby. She is 2 so yeah getting healthy, fit and feeling like your self again is so important. Meal Prep - Here is a video I shot on meal prep for my private nutrition group. I took it straight from their challenge portal and uploaded to youtube. ua-cam.com/video/4sR0p6eSYek/v-deo.html Protein Question - Because I don't know enough about you it is hard to say. I'd need to get your BMR then do some math to figure that out plus know more about your history. These are things that we do in my coaching program. But a good rule of thumb is 3-4 meals per day of protein portions the size of your palm. if you have more questions feel free to shoot me a message on IG chris_lingham
Shoutout to mans doing the hang clean!
No doubt that's my personal training clients Mike. He's great minus the fact he's an eagles fan 😄
Couldn't hear you. Music is too loud
Sry about that but I don't think I was talking in video. Would you like this video with more explanation?
Yes. Please 😊
Using her shoulders and swaying when doing bicep curls?
you know we can't all be champions haha
Bogus asf lmao just hit the gym unless your a woman
Thank you for your comment. You are welcome to give it a shot haha. This may look bogus but does require real strength to pull it off. Please don't tell me you aren't up for a little challenge!? Step out your comfort zone a bit and you will discover training is about exploring new movements and challenging your strength!
I just go to gym haha 6/7 days
This works great for people already in shape trying to get under 6% body fat . For people that have weight to lose 20+ pounds 5 minutes will not be enough - there is nothing wrong with low intensity longer walks 3x per week + metabolic str training 2-3x per week .
Getting under 6% bodyfat is an extremely rare thing and takes years and years of dedication... Walks are great for moving your body, increasing blood flow and getting vitamin D, and strength training 2-3x a week is great for increasing the muscle on your body (especially if you are new and are able to lose body fat at the same time). At my gym, we have clients who have 100+ pounds to lose and we do not recommend any specific cardio for them or our clients wanting to lose 20+ pounds. With low intensity exercise (walking, slow jogging, exercise bike), the body primarily burns fat during the exercise, and carbohydrates after. This is why you may feel very hungry after a cardio workout. When doing strength training, you primarily burn carbohydrates during your workout, and fat after. This and an extended afterburn (where the body uses oxygen to replenish, which occurs after strength training), increases energy used after the workout.
Thank you for this message. I'm a guy who goes to the gym to help prolong my life because of my medical issues and I hear the "gym bros" try to put people down for being at the gym who is overweight and want to start getting better.
Thank you for saying this! We all start somewhere. The gym would be a much more positive and inclusive place if we celebrated everybody's journey instead of judging.
What does this do is it good for shoulder blades ?
Yes indeed very good for shoulder blades. Provides stability & strength for sure

My pleasure glad you enjoyed
I am doing spin bike and a workout bench to lose some weight. However, I want to venture into kettlebells to get more toned, lose more calories, and lost weight. I do not have that much upper arm strength. So I decided to go for the 10lbs first. Which brand of kettlebells do you prefer for a low budget entry level?
Awesome!
Bullshit, my man. You also look fat under your gym clothes.
Skillet!
nice complex. thank you
Courtney is awesome
